  • For the filling
  • 200 g raspberry jam
  • 2.5 cups butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 9 Egg whites
  • 4.5 cups Plain flour
  • 3.5 cups Ground Hazelnuts
  • For the filling:
  • 2 cup Raspberry jam

How to prepare

  1. Combine the soft butter, sugar, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and cinnamon and mix gently. Gradually add the egg whites, and then the flour and the hazelnut powder.
  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle. On a non-stick tray, create 12 cm long bars.
  3. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10-12 minutes until golden in color. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
