Ingredients 7 items

  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Asparagus Soup
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Peel tomatoes and chop them finely.
  2. Place tomatoes, olive oil and garlic in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add water and bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Place ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth then return to the saucepan.
  4. Add MAGGI Asparagus Soup and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add NESTLÉ Carnation Evaporated Milk, cook for 1 minute.
  6. Season with black pepper and serve.
