Ingredients 10 items

  • 2 cups Rolled oats or 180 g
  • 0.5 cup or 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar or 100 g
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted melted butter or 110 g
  • For the topping:
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted melted butter
  • 0.5 cup desiccated coconut or 50 g

How to prepare

  1. Combine oats, desiccated coconut and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture into 28cm x 20cm shallow tin lined with baking paper.
  3. Combine Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, eggs, vanilla, butter and desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix well then pour over the prepared base.
  4. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until surface is golden. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  5. Allow cooling properly in fridge then cut into slices and serve.
