Ingredients 8 items

  • 4 cups liquid cream or 1000 ml
  • 1 tin Nestlé®Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder dissolved in 4 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • For the lime jelly:
  • 5 tablespoons lime jelly powder
  • 125 ml or ½ cup hot water
  • 125 ml or ½ cup of cold water

How to prepare

  1. In a medium saucepan, Place the cream and bring to half boil. Remove and set aside.
  2. Pour the Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and the dissolved gelatin over the cream. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and pour into individual glass bowls.
  3. Place lime jelly powder and ½ cup or 125ml hot water in a mixing bowl, stir until jelly is dissolved. Add the remaining ½ cup or 125ml of cold water and stir.
  4. Pour the prepared jelly over the cooled panna cotta and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve with berries jam.
