  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan; add onion, curry powder and carrots. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup then bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with toasted crouton.
  4. For a smooth texture, process the soup in a food processor.
