Ingredients 5 items

  • 4¾ cups ground almonds or 650 g
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 3 tablespoons Rose water
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1½ cup roasted sesame or 250 g

How to prepare

  1. Combine the almond powder, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and rose water making soft dough.
  2. Roll a small quantity of the almond mixture with your hand making a small ball, dip in egg white and roll it inside the sesame again to cover all.
  3. Give the shape of Kaeb el Ghazal (half moon). Bake in a 140 °C preheated oven for 6-9 minutes.
