  • 1.5 cups Butter biscuit
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

How to prepare

  1. Line a 27cm × 18cm × 3cm baking tin with baking paper. Mix together the biscuit crumbs and the melted butter and press even over the base of the tin.
  2. Sprinkle over the chocolate drops, dried cranberries, coconut and almonds. Pour the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk evenly over the top.
  3. Bake in a 180 °C preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm in the center. Cut when cold into bars or squares.
