Ingredients 10 items

  • 1 kg Carrots grated
  • 1 tin or 397 g Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup or 200 g sugar
  • 1 cup or 250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon or 250 ml orange blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 2½ cups liquid cream or 625 ml chilled
  • 1 tin or 170 g Nestlé® Cream
  • ½ cup pistachios or 75 g crushed

How to prepare

  1. Combine carrots, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, sugar, and water in a casserole and mix well.
  2. Bring ingredients almost to a boil and simmer on low heat until all liquid is absorbed and the mixture is caramelized. Add the blossom water, rose water and vanilla powder. Mix well remove and allow cooling.
  3. Whip the liquid whipping cream and Nestlé® Cream until thick and creamy.
  4. Scoop some cream in individual cups, spoon some carrot mixture over then cover with cream. Garnish with pistachios.
  5. Serve chilled.
