  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 small Potato
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 5.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add minced beef and fry for 4 minutes or until brown and cooked.
  3. Add spinach, potato, carrot and cumin powder. Stir for 3 minutes then add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to a boil, stirring then simmer for 10–15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
  4. Add lemon juice, stir and serve.
