HOW TO PREPARE

Warm olive oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Add minced beef and fry for 4 minutes or until brown and cooked.

Add spinach, potato, carrot and cumin powder. Stir for 3 minutes then add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to a boil, stirring then simmer for 10–15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.

Add lemon juice, stir and serve.
