  • For the Earl Gray Infusion:
  • ½ cup water
  • 10 tablespoons earl grey tea or 80 g
  • Milkshake ingredients:
  • 3½ cups apple juice or 900 g
  • 500 g apples, green, cut into slices
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 1¼ cups skimmed yoghurt or 240 g, frozen
  • 400 g ice cubes, crushed

How to prepare

  1. To prepare the Earl Gray infusion, bring the water to a a boil, add the tea, remove from heat and keep aside covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together (including the Earl Gray infusion) in a blender except the crushed ice.
  3. Blend for 5 minutes until smooth; pour the ice and blend again for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve in a large chilled glass.
Ideal for snack time! When you feel hungry between meals, have an apple! Apples are rich in fiber which provides a feeling of satiety so you don't overeat on main meals.
