  • 1 fresh orange juice
  • 1 kg Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

How to prepare

  1. Pour orange juice in a heat-proof baking dish. Place the banana in the juice then sprinkle sugar.
  2. Bake in a 200°C preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the coconut half way through baking.
  3. Carefully remove the bananas from the oven without the orange juice. Serve warm or cold drizzled with NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk.
