HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a medium non-stick saucepan; add and cook beef and mushroom for 4-5 minutes or until beef is brown. Add barley and water, then bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup; stir irregularly and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
