  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 150 g beef cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Mushrooms or 100 g, cut into quarters
  • 40 g pearled barley or ¼ cup
  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a medium non-stick saucepan; add and cook beef and mushroom for 4-5 minutes or until beef is brown. Add barley and water, then bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup; stir irregularly and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
