  • For the cereal mixture:
  • 40 g Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Nestlé fitness cereals
  • 0.25 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • For the tiramisu:
  • 5 Egg yolks
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.75 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.5 cups Mascarpone cheese
  • 0.75 cup whipping cream
  • For the coffee syrup:
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ Red Mug
  • Additional:
  • 100 g Ladyfinger biscuit

How to prepare

  1. To prepare the cereal mixture, melt the dark chocolate and cool aside to reach the room temperature. Combine with Fitness cereals and then add the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk to obtain a homogenous mixture.
  2. On a Bain-Marie (water bath), place a large bowl and whip the egg yolks, water and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until warm. Pour the mixture into a mixer and whisk until it gets a light and fluffy texture. Remove from the mixer and combine with the mascarpone cheese. Finally, whip the cream and add it to the mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. To prepare the coffee syrup, in a saucepan bring the water and sugar to a boil; add the coffee powder, stir and keep aside to cool. Use 10-12 transparent glasses, pour some of the cereal mixture into the bottom of each glass (divided equally over the glasses) and then add some tiramisu cream. Dip a lady finger into the coffee syrup, place it in the center of a glass and then keep on filling it with the tiramisu cream until the top. Repeat the same for all the glasses. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
