Warm olive oil in a medium non-stick saucepan; Add and cook chicken until its color changes. Add the tomato, carrot and potato and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add water, tomato paste, paprika MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup and green bell pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer with occasional stirring for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.

Stir with parsley and serve.
