In a deep saucepan combine water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup, bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes until the right consistency.

Place a cracker flat on the bottom of a serving bowl. Add ½ tbsp. mascarpone on top and layer with a second cracker. Add another ½ tbsp. mascarpone and another cracker on top. Repeat for all 4 serving bowls.

Gently pour soup over and around the cracker and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
