  • 1000 g Water
  • 37 g MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 40 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 50 g Cracker crumb
  • 20 g fresh parsley

How to prepare

  1. In a deep saucepan combine water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup, bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes until the right consistency.
  2. Place a cracker flat on the bottom of a serving bowl. Add ½ tbsp. mascarpone on top and layer with a second cracker. Add another ½ tbsp. mascarpone and another cracker on top. Repeat for all 4 serving bowls.
  3. Gently pour soup over and around the cracker and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
