  • 1 large Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Coriander leaf
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 3 g Sesame, black seed

How to prepare

  1. In a deep frying pan, sear Chicken pieces in Vegetable oil until slightly golden, add Onions and continue cooking until soft
  2. Add Saudi Baharat, Sheiba and Tomato Paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes, add Tomatoes, and cook for an additional 2 minutes
  3. Add MAGGI Chicken Stock and Water; bring to a boil and stir all ingredients together, add Bell Peppers, and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes
  4. Stir in fresh Coriander leaves, and serve with flat bread or steamed rice
