  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 kg Lamb
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 3 cups Water
  • Energy 679 Kcal
  • Protein 47 g
  • Fats 50 g

Heat ghee in a large pot, add mastic, cinnamon sticks and the cloves. Stir quickly for 10 seconds. Add the lamb pieces and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato puree, tomato paste, black pepper, cumin powder, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes and water.

Bring to boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1½ hours, or until the meat is tender and some sauce remains.

Place the meat on a serving dish and serve.
