HOW TO PREPARE

Combine flour, coconut and sugar in a bowl. Rub in the butter then press into a 28cm x 20cm shallow cake tin.

Bake in a 170ºC preheated oven for 15 minutes or until light brown in color. Remove from oven and set aside.

Combine NESCAFÉ Instant Coffee, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour mocha topping over the tin, sprinkle with extra coconut over the topping. Cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting into slices.
