Ingredients 10 items

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 2 medium Cucumbers

How to prepare

  1. Mix the rice, water and MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes in a pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  2. Prepare an omelet with the eggs, roll it then chop it into strips. Remove and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, ginger and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add Soy sauce, fresh coriander, cucumber, chopped omelet and the cooked rice. Mix the ingredients well and remove from heat.
  5. Place the fried rice on a serving dish, serve next to a grilled fish, meat or chicken.
