  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 4 cups Water
  • 40 g Lemon
  • 1 packet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Corn, yellow, kernels, frozen

How to prepare

  1. In a medium pot heat Vegetable oil, add Potatoes, Celery and Corn and sauté until soft
  2. Add Water and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes
  4. Serve with lemon wedges
