Heat oil in a large saucepan, cook onions, chicken and garlic with stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add water, baby zucchini, and MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup. Season with curry powder, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat uncovered for 10 minutes then serve.
