- For papaya caramel:
- 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
- 1 Papaya or 200 g, ripe, peeled and mashed
- For the banana:
- ½ cup all purpose flour or 70 g
- ¼ cup caster sugar or 50 g
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- ½ cup water or 125 ml
- 5 small bananas or 700 g, half ripe
- 2 cups oil for deep frying or 440 g
