  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 5 g Vegetable oil
  • 100 g Potato
  • 1000 g Water
  • 37 g MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3 g fresh dill

How to prepare

  1. Cook chicken breast on both sides in a deep pan until fully done and golden. Then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan combine boiled potatoes, water and MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for five minutes until slightly thick. Optionally, use a hand blender to puree the soup for a smooth finish.
  3. Slice chicken breast diagonally and place in the bottom of a serving bowl. Pour soup over, and optionally garnish with fresh dill before serving.
