Ingredients 15 items

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion or 150 g, cut into small cubes
  • 400 g peeled prawns cleaned and deveined
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 150 g chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup or 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 medium carrot or 100 g, cut into thin slices
  • For the sauce:
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1½ teaspoon corn flour
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Less Salt Chicken Stock
  • 1½ cup or 375 ml of water

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan or wok, add and cook onions over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add prawns, garlic and ginger, stir over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a small cup. Then add it to the prawn’s mixture. Bring to boil and simmer, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with cooked noodles or cooked rice.
