  • 1 sachet strawberry flavored jelly powder
  • 1 sachet jelly crystals
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 sachet lime jelly powder
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • For serving:
  • 20 g strawberry
  • 15 g pistachio nut

How to prepare

  1. Use long fluted serving glasses.
  2. For the red layer: using a spoon, stir red jelly with ¾ cup boiled water until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir again. Let the mixture aside until it becomes at room temperature. Add ¼ can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir again. Divide the mixture equally among the glasses then let them cool in the fridge for 20 minutes until they thicken. (Make sure that the jelly is at room temperature before adding NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk to avoid curds).
  3. For the green layer: using a spoon, stir green jelly with ¾ cup boiled water until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir again. Let the mixture aside until it becomes at room temperature. Add ¼ can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir again. Pour the mixture equally over red jelly then let the glasses cool in the fridge for 20 minutes until they thicken.
  4. For the yellow layer: using a spoon, stir yellow jelly with ¾ cup boiled water until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir again. Let the mixture aside until it becomes at room temperature. Add ¼ can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir again. Pour the mixture equally over green jelly then let the glasses cool in the fridge for 2 hours until the dessert completely thickens.
  5. Stir rosewater with the remaining ¼ cup of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk then pour it over the glasses.
  6. Before serving, decorate cups with strawberries and pistachios as desired.
