  • 3 eggs with yolk seperated
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 1 orange zest grated
  • 1 lemon zest grated
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • ½ cup white self-raising flour or 70 g
  • ½ cup caster sugar or 100 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

How to prepare

  1. Place the egg yolks, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and vanilla and add gradually to the egg mixture, beat until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form then fold carefully into the milk and flour mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into 8 individual ovenproof baking cups greased with greased. Place cups in a roasting pan filled with ¾ hot water.
  5. Bake in a 170°C preheated oven for 55 minutes.
  6. Dust with icing sugar and serve hot or warm.
