  • 3 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1g all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • For Lemon Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 g lemon zest

How to prepare

  1. Position the rack in the middle of your oven and preheat it to 1800 C. Line a 20*10 cm rectangular cake mold with parchment paper.
  2. On a parchment paper, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Put butter and sugar in mixing bowl, fix the whisk attachment and beat the ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add the eggs gradually while whisking then pour vanilla extract, lemon zest and lemon juice.
  4. Add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and whisk until well combined. Fold in the flour mixture.
  5. Pour the cake mixture into the mold, bake, and leave aside to cool completely.
  6. For lemon sauce: stir NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk with lemon juice for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens like a sauce. Spread it over the cake then decorate with lemon zest.
