  • 30 pieces pancake
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • For English Cream
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

How to prepare

  1. Add water and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Combine, egg yolk, and vanilla in a separate bowl and mix. Pour the boiled mixture over the egg yolk mixture with constant stirring.
  3. Return the mixture back to the same saucepan and place over medium heat to boil with constant whisking.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Spoon English cream over one pancake, add the mixed berries, place another mini pancake on top and repeat the layer until you have a mini stack of 3 pancakes
  6. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar and enjoy immeditaley.
