Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil under constant stirring.

Add carrot and the cheese Tortellini. Simmer over low heat for 10- 12 minutes or until Tortellinies are cooked.

Stir in the spring onions and parsley leaves and serve.
