Choose fresh more often! Fresh fruits contain only the natural sugars within it, whereas canned ones, especially those canned with heavy syrup contain a lot of calories from added sugar. So, whenever possible, go for fresh and consume about 50% less calories!

Does peach contain many calories?

Delicious fresh peach is low in calories; 1 medium peach contains only 60 calories. Canned peach contains more: 85 calories when canned in light syrup and 112 calories in heavy syrup!
