  • 6 cups water or 1500 ml
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup
  • 200 g ready-made shish barak
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped

How to prepare

  1. Add water, tomato paste, and MAGGI Spring Season Soup to a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes then add shish barak and simmer for 5 minutes or until shish barak are cooked.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander then serve.
