  • 440 ml or 1¾ cups liquid cream
  • 1 cup or 250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 12 fingers KIT KAT chopped

How to prepare

  1. Place fresh liquid cream in a mixing bowl and whip using an electric hand mixer for 5-6 minutes or until cream becomes stiff. Set in the fridge.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine water, vanilla, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, eggs and corn flour and bring to boil with constant stirring. Simmer for 1 minute or until mixture thickens. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  3. Combine and mix together the whipped cream with the cooled Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Add the chopped KIT KAT to the mixture and fold using a metal spoon until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual cups or a rectangular cake pan, cover and freeze until firm.
