  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2.5 cups liquid cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla powder
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 1 cup glazed dried fruits

How to prepare

  1. Carefully melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water, remove, and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, liquid cream and vanilla powder in a bowl of electric mixer. Beat over medium-high speed for 10 minutes or until thick and creamy.
  3. Carefully fold in the melted chocolate, lemon zest and the dried fruits.
  4. Pour the mixture into foil lined 12cm x 23cm loaf pan. Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 12 hours until set.
  5. Cut into slices to serve.
