  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Digestive biscuits
  • 3 Croissants
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup apple jam

How to prepare

  1. Place butter, apples, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan, stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the apples caramelize. Remove from heat and stir in crushed digestive biscuits.
  2. Divide chopped croissants into 8 individual ovenproof cups then divide the caramelized apple over the croissant.
  3. In a bowl, mix NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, water, vanilla and eggs then pour over the apples.
  4. Place the cups in a baking dish with enough hot water to come halfway up the sides. Bake in a 170°C hot oven for 40 minutes or until set.
  5. Heat apple jam and brush the top of each cup with it. Serve warm.
