Prepare an egg omelet, roll the omelet then cut it into thin slices. Set aside.

Add water and MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir.

Add chicken strips, light Soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger.

Simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken becomes tender.

Stir in fresh coriander and omelet strips and serve.
