  • 2.5 cups Digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.5 cups Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Banana essence
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 cups whipping cream

How to prepare

  1. Toss digestive biscuit crumbs and butter together in a bowl. Press the mixture into the base of a 24cm spring form pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, unsalted cream cheese, banana essence, vanilla, mashed banana and eggs. Beat ingredients until smooth then spread over crust.
  3. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in a 175°C hot oven or until set. Leave the cake in the pan to cool on wire rack. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Cover with the whipped cream and decorate with the banana slices.
