  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup Corn oil
  • 3 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • For Decoration
  • 5 g Flaked coconut
  • 5 g Flaked coconut
  • 1 can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

Position rack in the middle of your oven and preheat it to 1800 C. Use a 27 cm ovenproof tray and brush it with butter.

In a deep plate, combine NESTLÉ Cream, coconut, flour, milk, custard, baking powder, sugar, yogurt, oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir for 3 minutes using a wooden spoon until you get a smooth homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture in the tray.

Bake the dessert until golden, then pour NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk over it and cover with coconut while still hot. Let cool before serving.
