  • 900 g Potato
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried red chili pepper
  • 1 packet MAGGI Juicy Chicken Coriander and Garlic Mix
  • 35 g Pine nut

How to prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 190-C and place rack on medium level
  2. Combine Potatoes, MAGGI JUICY CORIANDER & GARLIC spice Mix, Olive Oil, and Chili Flakes in provided oven bag and gently toss to coat
  3. Use provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray
  4. Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50-minutes until Potatoes are golden and fork tender
  5. Carefully remove potatoes from bag and serve on small Mezza plates
