  • 800 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 3 loaf Markouk bread
  • 1 packet MAGGI Juicy Chicken Lemon and Pepper Mix
  • 3 tablespoons sumac

How to prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 200-c and place rack on medium level
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Chicken, MAGGI JUICY LEMON & PEPPER spice Mix, Olive Oil, Sumac and Onions and mix until chicken is coated with spices
  3. Gently place content in provided Oven Bag, and use provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray
  4. Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50-minutes
  5. Place bread on a large platter and empty the roasted chicken and onion and juices over the bread
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of Sumac and serve
