Ingredients 9 items

  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 2 cups whipping cream, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • ¾ cup blackberries or 75 g, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Cream or 170 g
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine powder, dissolved in 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup marshmallows or 50 g, chopped
  • ½ cup blackberry jam or 125 g

How to prepare

  1. Combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, liquid whipping cream and vanilla powder in a bowl of an electric mixture. Beat until thick and creamy.
  2. Mix blackberries, icing sugar, NESTLÉ Cream and dissolved gelatin. Then fold into cream mixture with marshmallows. Spoon mixture into 6 individual serving glasses.
  3. Garnish with a teaspoon of blackberries marmalade on top of each glass.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
