Ingredients 8 items

  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 150 g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

How to prepare

  1. Add water, broccoli, garlic, Soy sauce, ginger and MAGGI Spring Season Soup to a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with spring onions and coriander and serve.
