- 600 g whipping cream
- For the ganache:
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 100 ml liquid cream
- For the brownies:
- 250 g Dark chocolate
- ½ cup butter or 100 g, melted
- 2/3 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 275 g
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup plain flour or 130 g
- 2 cups walnuts or 200 g, chopped
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
