Ingredients 9 items

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion or 100 g, chopped
  • 250 g calamari, cut into rings
  • 1 medium tomato or 150g, peeled and cubed
  • 1 sachet Maggi 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 4½ cups water or 1125 ml
  • A pinch salt, to taste
  • A pinch ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried thyme

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onions for 2 minutes or until it becomes tender.
  2. Add calamari and thyme. Stir for 2 minutes then add tomato, thyme and tomato paste. Stir for another 1 minute.
  3. Add MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup and water. Let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes uncovered then serve.
