HOW TO PREPARE

Mix in a saucepan Nestlé® Cream, water, ghee, blossom water and corn flour. Simmer with constant stirring until it thickens, then pour in a large dish and set aside to cool at room temperature.

Place ground cashew nuts, sugar, rose water and water in a bowl and mix well to form dough.

Take a small piece of cashew nuts dough and flatten with your hands and place a teaspoon of the cooled cream stuffing. Close carefully to form a ball.

Press the stuffed dough into a wooden maamoul mold to form a pattern on the upper side of the dough.
