HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a large pan, fry chicken until golden brown. Add onions, ginger and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add flour, garlic, whole mushrooms and stir carefully for 1 minute. Add water, Soya sauce, oyster sauce and MAGGI Chicken Stock. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Add broccoli; simmer for further 5-6 minutes.
