  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 kg skinned chicken drumsticks
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Plain flour
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 400 g Broccoli florets

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, fry chicken until golden brown. Add onions, ginger and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add flour, garlic, whole mushrooms and stir carefully for 1 minute. Add water, Soya sauce, oyster sauce and MAGGI Chicken Stock. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  3. Add broccoli; simmer for further 5-6 minutes.
