  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion or 75 g, chopped
  • 1 small potato or 75 g, cut into cubes
  • 1 small carrot or 75 g, cut into cubes
  • 5 fingers chicken sausage or 100 g, sliced
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

How to prepare

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions on medium heat for 2 minutes or until it becomes tender.
  2. Add potato cubes, carrot cubes, and sausage slices. Fry everything for a minute then add MAGGI Lentil Soup and water.
  3. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat, mix with parsley and serve.
