Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions on medium heat for 2 minutes or until it becomes tender.

Add potato cubes, carrot cubes, and sausage slices. Fry everything for a minute then add MAGGI Lentil Soup and water.

Boil for 15 minutes on low heat, mix with parsley and serve.
