  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 kg skinned chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups Mushrooms
  • 1.5 tablespoons Plain flour
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup smoked turkey breast
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, fry chicken drumsticks until they get a slight golden color. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry mushrooms for 5 minutes. Mix in the flour.
  3. Add MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, smoked turkey, water and mix well. Return the chicken pieces to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken pieces become tender.
  4. Add cream, parsley, lemon juice and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes then remove from heat.
