Heat oil in a large saucepan, sauté onions for 2-3 minutes or until is tender then add parsley, coriander, and stir.

Add tomato, tomato paste, water, chickpeas, and MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup. Season with spices, bring to a boil and simmer uncovered with occasional stirring for 10 minutes and serve.
