Heat oil in a large saucepan, sauté onions for 2-3 minutes or until is tender then add parsley, coriander, and stir.

Add tomato, tomato paste, water, chickpeas, and MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup. Season with spices, bring to boil and simmer uncovered with occasional stirring for 10 minutes and serve.
