Heat oil in a large saucepan, sauté onions for 2 minutes then add parsley, coriander, and stir.

Add tomato, tomato paste, water, chickpeas, and MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup. Season with spices, bring to boil and simmer uncovered with occasional stirring for 10 minutes and serve.
