Ingredients 9 items

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 6 cups or 1500 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 400 g peeled prawns medium size, cleaned
  • 120 g egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced spring onions

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add water, and MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add prawns and noodles. Bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes or until prawns and noodles are cooked.
  4. Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
